I’m Octavius Watkins, owner and landscape professional, and I’m proud to bring more than 20 years of experience in the landscape industry to Indianapolis and the surrounding communities.

My journey in landscaping began in the Carolinas, where I founded and operated Carolina Lawnscapes, serving residential and commercial clients throughout North and South Carolina. Today, I’m bringing that same commitment to quality, professionalism, and personal service to Central Indiana through Watkins Outdoor Landscape Management.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Coastal Carolina University, giving me both the formal education and hands-on experience necessary to approach outdoor spaces with an eye for design, functionality, and long-term beauty.

Over the past two decades, I’ve developed a broad range of experience throughout the landscape industry—from landscape design and property management to irrigation, turf care, maintenance, and large-scale outdoor projects. This diverse background allows me to look at a property as a whole and develop solutions that are not only beautiful, but practical and built to last.
